This post is adapted from our internal outreach scripts doc. The goal is not to “sell.” The goal is to surface pain, test the offer, and capture “why not.”
Usage (the only way scripts work)
Pick one persona segment and run a tight batch (10–30 targets). Keep a simple log of:
- sent
- replied
- booked
- “why not”
CTA options (pick one per message)
- Discovery CTA: “Worth a 15‑min call to see if this is a fit?”
- Paid pilot CTA: “Open to a 2‑week pilot to ship one representative UI change faster and more consistently?”
- Self‑serve CTA: “If you prefer DIY: want access to tokens + component library (no services)?”
Script 1 — CTO (time + velocity)
Subject (email): “Reduce UI churn in 2 weeks”
